The card is 15cm square (so is suitable for Royal Mail standard 1st or 2nd class post) and comes with a contemporary grey envelope, all wrapped in a Nativia clear cornstarch bag. You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
To do this you must contact the individual seller within 14 days of receiving your item(s) and you must do this in writing. The seller can organise your refund or simply cancel the order if it has not been paid for.

The seller will contact you to organise the return of the goods. Unless the goods are faulty, you are usually responsible for the return postage costs.
