1. Introduction
Welcome to Appleton Craft Blanks (“we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
2. Products
We specialise in craft blanks, including wood and acrylic items. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Due to variations in materials and manufacturing, actual products may differ slightly in colour and grain.
3. Orders and Payment
All prices are stated in [£GBP] and are inclusive/exclusive of VAT where applicable.
Payment is required in full at the time of order.
Orders are confirmed only once payment is received.
4. Personalised Items
Any item customised to your specifications is considered personalised.
No refunds or returns are accepted on personalised items, unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all personalisation details (e.g., names, dates, spelling) are correct at the time of ordering.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted for non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receiving the returned item.
We recommend using a tracked postage service for returns.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
7. Shipping
Processing times vary depending on the product and will be stated in the product listing.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
