Ordering and Payment: Orders can be placed through the site Full payment is required before an order is processed and shipped. Prices are in GBP and do not include shipping fees or applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout. 3. Shipping and Delivery: We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days after payment is received. Shipping costs are a set £3.50 per order or free shipping over £35 Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and location. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.   4. Returns and Exchanges: Due to the handmade nature of our items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or significantly not as described. If you believe your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and, if deemed appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. Return shipping costs for faulty items will be our responsibility. 5.
