The Beacon media manager allows you to store and share your images and pdfs across all your stores. The media manager is responsible for all customer-facing uploads and is used in multiple areas of Beacon so you can easily re-use images and select which ones you want to use. The media manager can also be referred to as your image library.
The media manager also allows you to break down your images into individual directories/groups so you can quickly navigate through and find your images, rather than a giant list of images all combined together.
There is also an intuitive search feature that uses the uploaded filename of the image so you can easily search for the image that way as well.
